Frieda Guthery- Degunion August 21, 1964 – November 5, 2020

Frieda Jean Stinnett Waggle Guthery-Degunion, of Humnoke, passed away at the age of 56. She was born in Forrest City to the family of Burl Ray and Frieda Mae (Crawford) Stinnett. Frieda was one of six children and shared her childhood days with three brothers and two sisters. The family was constantly on the move due to her father’s work, so Frieda along with her siblings, received education in various different schools throughout the state.

Frieda was blessed in life to become a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was given the added joys of seeing her family grow with the addition of four grandchildren. Frieda worked outside the home gathering and selling pecans. She loved to color and listen to many types of music, with Tom Petty being one of her all-time favorites. Frieda also enjoyed collecting and spending time looking around at libraries in hopes of finding a new treasure.

She was preceded in death by her father, Burl Ray Stinnett and one brother, Gary. Frieda is survived by her mother, Frieda Mae Crawford Stinnett; children, Billy Mae and Freida Beth; siblings, Burl, John, Vickie, and Shelia; grandchildren, Seth, Halley, Star, and Lilly; very special Aunt and Uncle Bob and Alice, and a host of nieces and nephews.
