James Howard Frayser, Jr.

James Howard Frayser Jr, 73, passed away at his home in Brinkley, Arkansas on December 6, 2024. James was born in Memphis, Tennessee on July 20, 1951, to the late James Howard Frayser Sr and Mildred Prince Frayser. At the age of 17 he enlisted in the Army. Years later, he got out of the Army and became a fan of NASCAR. He would take trips with his dad and brother to go see races. He liked Dale Earnhardt, but his favorite driver was Bill Elliott. After seeing several races, he was encouraged to work on lawn care equipment, and diesel mechanic work. While working for Mr. Herbet, James met Red West. James was preceded in death by his dad James Howard Frayser Sr. He is survived by his daughter Mindy; his mother, Mildred; along with two sisters, and one brother.  A memorial service will be held at Fowler Funeral Home, Brinkley on Thursday, December 12th at 2:00 pm.
